midget sniper in iraq

my buddy who recently came home from the marine corp in Iraq, he was discharged for ptsd. well he was telling me how when he first got there, they received a warning of a midget sniper in his area, and believe it or not the next day when he was on patrol, a midget ran out with an AK-47 and fired on his squad hitting one buddy, before running into a crowd of children. my friend tells me they never got this midget
